Tim Gunn, style guru and mentor of the TV show “Project Runaway” said Disney’s teen female star Miley Cyrus is “too tarty” and looks ten years older.

“Miley Cyrus is just a little too tarty, forgive me,” he said. “I don’t want her to look like she’s going into a convent school, but it’s just a little too much for a 15-year old. If I didn’t know better, I’d swear she was 25″ he told to OK! Magazine in an article published on Wednesday.

Cyrus will be one of the presenters at the MTV Video Music Awards Ceremony in Los Angeles on September 7, along with “Highschool Musical” stars Ashley Tisdale, Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens among many other actors and musicians, MTV reported today.
